At Urban Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Include original packaging
• Not be damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before processing begins.
