Returns & Refund Policy

At Urban Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for items that arrive defective, damaged, or faulty. To be eligible, items must be new, unused, and in original condition, including:

• Original packaging included
• Not damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the defect. We'll provide a free return shipping label by mail — return shipping costs are covered by us, and there are no restocking fees.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days, back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Contact our support team with your order number to arrange one.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before processing begins.
